Frequently asked questions
Do you provide your own supplies?
Yes, we bring our own professional cleaning products and equipment. If you’d prefer we use your supplies instead, just let us know before the clean.
Are you insured?
Yes. We’re fully covered with public liability and employer’s liability insurance, so you’re protected every time we visit your property.
Do you do same day cleans?
We can often fit in same-day bookings depending on availability. To arrange this, please get in touch before 12 pm on the day so we can confirm a slot.
Do I need to be present the day of the clean?
No, as long as we’ve arranged access in advance (for example by key handover or concierge), you don’t need to be there. We’ll take care of everything and secure your property before we leave.
What if I'm not satisfied with your service?
If something isn’t right, contact us using the contact form below within 24 hours. We’ll review it straight away and arrange a return visit or resolution. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
